We believe that the most important thing in a sports person’s career is representation, someone to represent and assist them with all aspects of their career.

In Zimbabwe we find that there is a high rate of continuous fighting between unions and players as most of our unions look to take advantage of national team players largely because they don’t have clear representation to handle their off the field technicalities such as contractual issues, unpaid wages, appearance fees and building of their brand.

We also look to promote the players image by making them brands thus creating commercial value.
